How can I get rid of tiny whit specs in an old photo that I scanned?
Oct 26, 2012

I have a question for you experts. I have a Family Photo that was taken in 1940 and I am trying to restore it and send it out to family members that are still alive. It is of course, black and white, that old photo look. I scanned the original but when I view the photo in PhotoShop, I see tiny white specs throughout the photo. Is there an easy way to fill these tiny specs that are different shades of grey? TIA for your help...maybe Ray Guselli can chime in. TIA all of you.
