Picked pictures for wall - need input on printing and framing

I don't care for the B&W photo. To me it looks like a tornado hit that building. My opinion only, which is no better or worse then yours or anybody elses. I really like the B&W of the huge rocks with the boat. That photo has been shot and used probably hundreds of times. No matter this is your image and a very good one at that and you can be very proud of this image. You may not want to use the black mattes on this one but maybe an off white  or even a light gray matte. Try several colors and see how they look with the color images. You also have other good images that you could use.
