D600 London at night high ISO (3 Images)

While I think that the first two are absolutely magnificent (and an interesting sample of the D600's capabilities) I'd be even more interested to know whether you checked an almanac for time of twilight and booked the exact "flight" time, or if you were just bloody lucky?

I took a D3s (and grand-daughter) round rather later, a couple of years ago, and the results were nothing like as good.
