35mm or 40mm voigtlander 1.4 nokton for A12 m mount?

I'm considering selling both my Color Skopar 21/4 and Ultron 28/2, and replacing them with a Zeiss Biogon 25mm f/2.8 ZM, however. It's a better fit for my uses between the GXR-M and M9.
