Thinking of switching to Canon. What models are Full Frame sensors?

In their current product line, there are 4 models with full frame sensors:

1. 1DX
2. 5DIII
3. 5DII (now heavily discounted, perhaps about to be discontinued)
4. 6D (introduced, but not available yet)

They are all suitable for baby and wedding photography.  Which is better and which to choose depends on your budget and your own preferences for camera size and features.  For me, the 5DIII currently offers the best combination of size, quality, features and price.  But the older 5DII has served me very well for years.  The 1DX is too big & heavy, in my opinion.  The 6D will be smaller & lighter and may be very good, but it isn't available yet, so it's too early to tell how well it will perform.
