Utter nonsense!

I've got two DX bodies (D2h and D7000, and a whopping total of 6 primes, 4 of which are fast standards and wides.

I love my full frame primes, they SHINE on DX and I can use them on film bodies, too, unlike the crippled DX glass, and I definitely don't want them any smaller than they already are.

I'm definitely not interested in soft corners and vignetting, thank you very much! With full-frame glass, we get the finest, sharpest center of the image circle.

These lenses (50mm, 35mm, etc) are TINY as is, and very, very affordable. Making them any smaller for DX makes absolutely no sense - As far as size goes it'll be hardly any difference, image quality will suffer, and at this scale - the price will *not* be much better, if at all.
