Pros/Cons from E-PL3 users, please.

I have an E-PL3 that I'm happy with.

PROs: tiltable LCD, accessory port for EVF (useful, especially with legacy lenses), good IQ in good light with a good lens. Also important: form factor

CONs: noise at ISO > 800 (not ugly, though), IS rather unreliable, 12-42 kit lens (decent at best, but cheap construction: when fully extended tip tilts a couple of mm; sharp only with short exposure times, never at the periphery).
