V2 Power On Puzzling Dilemma

The V2 has now apparently a mechanical on/off switch, what I rather like in the 1st place, but I am puzzled now, how will it work in conjunction with the lens L-setting? Can I just twist the lens and expect the camera to operate?

Or will the poor former V1 user twist the lens, think he/she is ready, try to compose but the display is dead, our user will say 'oops, I need to twist the 2nd switch as well' !!

Twist switch, re-compose... Duh, the motive is gone. Ah well than, next time maybe in another life.
