After having great difficulty trying to get my 600D/T3i repaired under warranty, I recieved it back in worse condition than when I sent it off! After reading some bad experiences about people being left to unfairly foot the bill, I was concerned about how this would go. [for the full story see the thread "Canon Service....." in the 1D 6D forum] The store I bought the camera from 12 months ago, John Lewis in the Trafford Centre Manchester, could not have been more helpfull & understanding. I recieved a FULL refund of the whole package I bought, PLUS £100 compensation for the trouble it caused me. All I can say is WELL DONE & THANK YOU JOHN LEWIS.
