Pricing and quality? Sal18135

I want to buy a Sal18135 but in the Netherlands the price difference of this lens is huge!
From €329 to €639. The cheapest are listed in the shops as "bulk". Does Sony have a quality difference or can i asume that all the lenses are the same and that i can pick the cheapest one.
I guess a bulk one comes without a box and manual etc.
Please advice.
