Arranging a warranty repair for the 5N clicking issue (UK)

Hi - i got a new NEX 5N (body only) yesterday for £290. It has the clicking issue so was in the process of getting it arranged for warranty repair. I just wanted to verify a few things..
For reporting the fault i have stated under General>Abnormal Noise: "Clicking noise in video recording during rapid movement during panning the camera horizontally and vertically as well as rotating the camera between portrait and landscape." - is that enough?
Also due to the nature of the fault - do new nex 5N owners have to pay for the postage or will Sony cover it?
Also do i need to supply the battery, charger and a memory card?
