Nikon 24-70mm Front Plastic Ring Came off

Hello Guys

I Have a problem, my 24-70's front element was really dirty when i went to the sea so I used isopropyl alcohol to clean it [helps remove the marks]. However since I've done that, the front plastic ring that covers the 3 screws on the head is starting to peel off... and it won't stick as normally as it should [i think the alcohol might have done something to the glue...]
Can I know what glue/sticky to use for the front plastic ring of the 24-70? [it's the one just outside of the front element] to stick on top

thanks... its only a minor thing though, my lens is still working fine, it's only that plastic ring in front thats bugging me
