Two Dogs II [Midnight Action/Lazlo Toning]

What do you guys think of the outcome of the photo below? I used Dave Jaseck's Midnight with Lazlo Toning Action. I did try additional adjustments but just couldn't get it right, so I just left it at what the Action did.
