Well, I think of bokeh more as the appearance or subjective quality of the out of focus areas of an image ("bokeh" means "fuzzy" in Japanese, apparently), rather than simply the presence of things out of focus, like the distinction between food and flavour. So, as others have said, you have plenty out of focus in your image, but the bokeh isn't necessarily delightful.
