Not a big issue, just buy a good wet cleaning kit and do it yourself.
It is easy to clean a sensor, just follow all the steps for a good practice and you will be fine.
After the cleaning you will notice again the spots and you will have to clean it again... at some point the problem will disappear.
All the new Nikon cameras have this problem, some people don't know about it because they are not shooting with apertures where it is noticeable.
