X-S1 questions?

I am getting a bit tired of shlepping around big DSLRs and changing lenses.  I bought an X10 and have been so impressed with the camera and image quality for a compact, I have just purchased and await delivery of the X-S1.

1.  What is the filter size?  Cannot seem to find the info on the internet?

2.  I assume the camera comes with a hood.  Is this correct?
