How well does an Olympus E-620 compare to an Olympus E-3?

I want to thank everyone how gave their advice. I had no idea the intermediate stops would degrade performance. Anyway, I am sure I will be quite happy with the camera. I picked up a used Olympus Zuiko 70-300mm f4.0-5.6 lens for a really good price, so have the long end of things covered.

I am likely going to invest in the Olympus Zuiko ED 9-18mm f4.0-5.6 wide angle and 14-54 f2.8-3.5 II lenses by Christmas time. With the 70-300 I have now, it should cover almost everying I need. I say that because I might invest in the 50mm f2.0 macro lens and EX-25 extension tube by spring.

My pocketbook cannot afford the SHG lens options, but with Olympus Zuiko's reputation, these lenses are bound to work pretty well.
