Laptop for editing D90 footage

Hello

I'm looking to buy a laptop that can handle editing footage shot with a Nikon D90 / D4 and editing in Adobe Premiere Pro CS5.

Would this cut it?

If not does anyone have any recommednations? As usual budget is an issue but need something that can handle the job - current PC or laptop definitely can't. It needs to be a laptop as has to be portable - will plug into a large screen for edit.

Thanks loads if anyone can help - have been looking at the spec but don't have much confidence with this.
