What computer should I buy?

I am building something like that right now as well.

I will be using it for photography and architecture.

Here's my planned system:

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K BOX, 3.5GHz, LGA 1155, 4C/8T, unlocked

MoBo: Asus P8Z77-V, Z77, LGA1155, PCI-E 3.0, CFX/SLI

RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance LP, 4x8GB, DDR3-1600

GPU: ZOTAC GTX-660 2GB GDDR5, PCI-E x16 3.0 (non Ti)

SSD (for OS): Crucial m4 SSD 128GB, 2.5 Zoll, SATA-3

HDDs (for Data & backup) 3 TB WD + 2 TB WD

I didn't go the nVidia QUADRO route, even though I do lots of CAD work...

Comments / suggestions about the config welcomed.
