24 105 f4 and 70-200 f4 is it a good pair?

Im interested in opinions if this duo would be a good combination, or just a redudant one.

Im more interested in portraits but also would use it for some travel pictures.

Im wondering if and in which situtation the 70-200 would be usable for me.
