I didn't make a tut before so I will give you sources I learned manipulation from and you will be able to make this one or even a better one .

just type in youtube's search bar " Andrei Oprinca " and you will find amazing tutorials that will teach you a lot of skills that will make you able to do a picture like I did or even a better one 
3) I put in the main post all the stock images and brushes I used in the main post
