Is EPL5 worth and upgrade from the EPL2?

For me, as a currentl E-PL2 owner, the upgrade is worth it big time. I need more dynamic range and better low light ISO capabilities, along with faster AF. I understand I'll lose some screen space, but a tilting screen is more usable to me anyways. However, I'm waiting for the prices to fall. I think the intro prices are high. My guess is toward the holidays they might lower.
