e-m5 spot metering

i'm still puzzled that spot metering do not follow focus point. stangely in center weight and matrix, when i move the focus point, exposure in adjusted a little bit while in spot metering the only way to change exposure is to meter on centre and then recompose.

do you know wheter this is an e-m5 flaw/bug or it is supposed to work this way even in other cameras?
