Advantages of RAW with LR/ CS6 (ACR) are corrects for chromatic aberration and can be used after cropping as it references the original data. If using only in CS6 this is not the case.

It appears that corrections by PT lens are more accurate (see their site).

Usually I output 16 bit Tiffs to PS from my Raw converter and then use a batch action for PT.

I tend to use Nikon Capture NX2 or Lightroom for RAW conversion. Thereafter  PS.
