Another repair part horror story from Thom today

As much as I like the Nikon brand, given the current quality of service, I no longer think Nikon is the right choice for the average snapshooter. I am recommending m4/3 (Panasonic/Olympus) or Canon to my friends if they inquire.

I am also scaling back my own purchases of Nikon gear, thinking twice before I pull the trigger on any new piece of gear.
