Sorry about your misfortune. But I think you'll find that you can still enjoy photography while using less expensive gear. The Nikon 180/2.8 IF-AF is a superb lens, and you can pick one up for very little. Even used Nikon D50 or D70s are still a capable camera. So get better and keep shooting.
