What should be the right price gap PL3 vs PL5? Is it good to buy PL3 now?

First of all sorry for my bad english 

I need a new camera because my old p&s is now dead. After a long search between compacts/bridges and DSLR, I've found m4/3 world...wow! Impressive IQ and, most important to me, small and lightweight cameras.

But this is a totally new and huge world for me 

My budget is 650€ (and I can look for used stuff too), so what's the best solution for you?

PL3 + 14-42IIR (350€-480$) + 40-150 + fast glass as 20 f/1.7 or 45 f/1.8

or

PL5 + 14-42 and wait until I can afford other lenses?

So my question is, what do you think is the right price difference between PL3 and the new PL5? Are the new sensor and the touchscreen a must have or I can live with the old sensor and use my budget for accessories and lenses?

I know you don't own a crystal ball, but what do you think will the PL5 price be at the end of the year?
