F stop calibration of Nikon G lens adaptor.
Oct 21, 2012

The Kiwi LMA-Nk(G) adaptor has five positions for f stop control.

The first position has the lens wide open, f/1.4 for the Nikon 50mm G lens.

Position (1) Shutter speed of 1/1250 at f/1.4.

Position (2) shutter speed of 1/1000 would = f/1.6

Position (3) shutter speed of 1/250 would = f/3.2

Position (4) shutter speed of 1/80 would = f/5.6

Position (5) shutter speed of 1/20 would = f/11

Each lens would have to be calibrated separately.

Measurements made with C3 in aperture priority mode.
