FYI Low Sore SSD

If you already know this great, this fix maybe old news... It was new news to me.....

I checked my sore on my 120GB SSD "C"drive when it was new and it was 7.9 and rechecked it a week ago and it was 5.9 so I couldn't figger out what was going on to make it drop. So I down load a drive checker (DskSpeed) it checked on par.

I had just install a few months ago three new HD totaling 8TB and the other day a 180GB SSD for a cache disk for P/S. Some how the Score checker (Windows) jumped checked Reg. to one of my other hard drives. I think it was my #3 drive.

Just found this out and thought I would share this with you guys that have low test sores.

Do not do this if your not sure about what your doing!

How to fix it:
Exit all Windows-based programs.

Click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.

If you receive the User Account Control dialog box, click Continue.

Locate and then click one of the following registry subkeys: Do both keys

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Msahci HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\IastorV In the right pane, right-click

Start in the Name column, and then click Modify.

In the Value data box, type 0, and then click OK.

On the File menu, click Exit to close Registry Editor.

Reboot............. Worked Great for me back to 7.9....

This just re-sets it back to the Correct Drive when you run your test now.....
