RX1's flash tiltable for bounce flash?

I have not been able to find anywhere that states whether the RX1 flash can be tilted up (e.g., with your finger) for an impromptu bounce flash like can be with the NEX-7.  The flash design looks similar to that of the RX100 (which apparently can be tilted up).  Anyone know for sure?
