Bangkok visit. Which lenses/camera's to take???? Help

Indeed, the 17-40 isn't best best wide angle lens from Canon. Actually having it for quite some years and planning to sell it. Was waiting for the rumoured introduction of the Canon 14-24 which didn't happen :).

135 f2, magical lens which I'd love to own. It's not very expensive either. I only think that the weak part in my range is toward the wide end so I'm not sure if it's smart to buy the 135mm having the 70-200 2.8 II already.
