Depends on the one you have, but basically they are just just stuck on with two sided tape. A careful heating with a hair dryer should help to remove it.. You will need something like a small flat precision screwdriver to grab an edge to start prying it up... If it has an attached eye piece it will slide out once you have pulled up all the tape free. Don't expect to reuse it again, I'm sure it will be toast !! Warming with a hairdryer will help a lot..
