Rx100 newbie, some fall colours, and an Auto-ISO question

Hi folks, just got my Rx100. I'm actually a full time 'pro' shooting weddings with a D3 + D3s, but wanted something for a family/walkabout images.

Took it for a spin today, quite happy with the first images.

Quick question on auto-iso. It looks like I'm unable to set a minimum shutter speed for any mode when using auto-iso? Always seems to default to 30th/sec in most cases, way to low. On my D3s in auto-iso I can set a min shutter speed regardless of what else I'm doing and it will only start dropping once I hit my max-ISO limit.

I'm guessing the answer is I can't.
