Looking a flash for a D90

Hi everybody

After been using a D90 for a couple of years, I think is time to get a flash and continue my learning on the photography world. I've been looking on the SB-700 but for now is out of my budget, I,m trying to stay below the $230USD.

Consider my limited budget, which 3rd party flash would you guys recommend.
