It should definitely be able to carry an OM-D with lens. I've not yet tried it, but it should work.
I've also got the SLR Zoom, sometimes referred to as the GP3. You can get it for less than £50 UKP without the ball-head mount, and it easily takes the weight of my GH1. Haven't tried it yet with the heavier native lenses, but don't see any of them being a problem.
