Speedlight i-TTL Shoe Mount Flash

I want to start shooting with off camera flash on my Nikon D7000. I need some help to determine which flash to buy. I am looking for a reasonably priced flash. I like the Nikon SB-600 , but I have read that it may not be compatible. It also needs to work with my Odin TTL wireless triggers. Thanks in advance.
