Focus peaking in XE1

Given how they have improve my X100 firmware, and the fact that they are just now introducing this to market, if it is technically feasible and not a patent infringement, I do not see why they would not do it, if there is a loud enough clamor.  That one feature would make me a buyer.  As it is I am waiting for Ricoh to upgrade their GXR viewfinder to realize a digital format for my M-mount lenses.
