where do you email sony to report firmware bugs in nex 7

I think the hope is that they follow the community and read about complaints here and on other forums. But realistically I would put more faith in contacting those who have Sony's ear. People like Steve Huff, David Kilpatrick or Carl Garrard. I believe there were strong enough complaints about the NEX7 firmware that it spurred a few Blog Articles and Facebook groups etc... so perhaps that helped.

Honestly though, there is no official means to feedback to Sony. This is my #1 problem. We don't know if we are heard.
