I would like to see two high quality zooms; one similar to the 4/3 12-60. To reduce size I would be happy with 12-60 constant f4 or perhaps 14-60 but definitely f4 at the long end and very high optic quality (the current 12-50 is just too soft - esp at the long end).

I would also like to see a replacement for the 50-200 or perhaps a 75-250. Here the aperture is a bit tricky the f2.8 helps with a nicer bokeh but leads to larger size. Constant f4 would reduce the size a bit so maybe that would be ok.

These are both 'larger' lenses than olympus current target for micro 4/3 but I think they are needed. The image quality of the micro 4/3 bodies is there and rather than develop phase detect hybrid focus (required for action) I rather seem them focus in a different direction (which is basically everything but action). I think micro 4/3 is fast enough for that quick single shot (ala kids) and they should leave the sports market to canon and nikon. However a tele zoom is still required for that trip through the woods and similar and the current crop of tele lenses (40-150, 70-300) are not that strong at the long end.
