That's a big fat zero for effort.
I responded today to your previous report of this problem. I cannot reproduce "Unable to magnify- bug" as I understand your description of when it occurs. The front wheel on my a77 allows me to move from one shot to the next in either direction in preview mode after zooming in using the AF/MD button.
I am still using 1.05.
