You take some really good shots.  You clearly know what you are doing and happy to hear you are enjoying your new gear.  You do have a nice camera in hand that should do its job for many years to come.  I would also recommend the 50mm 1.8  It is $100 but will give you the creative shallow depth of field shots and great for low light indoors for such a low price.  Every Canon shooter has one.
