There is a rumor in CR that Canon 1DX beats Nikon D4... in the non posted yet DXO ranking...

They claim that the it just lacks some DR (0.3 of a stop should be considered as insignificant) and has a clearly better noise behavior...

I really wish it will prove true... I hate all this C vs. N war and people raving when one or the other has a clear lead in the market (like Nikon has now...) I also think that competition is more beneficial for photographers than one or the other dominating the market and delay available technology for future offering... I wish Canon will also prove more competitive in the lower FF categories too... IQ wise...
