Dell 2412 monitor and Radeon 4800 series video Card?

It has two LUTS, or what ever you call them,  went thru this when I bot the card, to make sure it did, but, Now that I have you!!:) I have another question, If I buy this new Monitor with it's new fancy connection(Display port or what ever you call it?) I'm thinking about getting a new video card that can support it, the "HIS ATI Radeon 5450"  fits the bill, but, How do I find out if it has Two LUTS or do you know?

I'm assuming it's compatible with PS and LR since I have an older model Radeon 4850 that works just fine?
