JPEG or RAW : Photographer's choice

I know that many of our forum users may still have questions about the subject

or would like to post their contribution and experience.

This was the reason why I created this thread.

Some also say that photography is more an art than a science,

and right choices that will make a good photograph are made before even pressing shutter release button.

Is choice between RAW or JPEG one of them? Decision will be yours.
