X10 Getting to grips with it now.

Well I've had my X10 for a couple of weeks now and I think I'm starting to get the hang of it's little eccentricities.

The exposures tend to be a little over for my taste so I've got it almost permanently on -1/3 exposure and the highlights set at soft a lot of the time.

I like the colours I'm getting but I think SilkyPix is a dog of a program compared to lightroom for handling the raw files. I hope Fuji / Adobe get thier act together sometime soon.

It's not the most user freindly of cameras but it is putting some fun back into the process. I'm an old film user so it's no so much "retro" for me as back to basics.
