1" sensor superzoom thoughts

If they can squeeze the 1-inch sensor into a pocketable camera with a 4x zoom, they can do a superzoom with the same sensor without making it an enormous monster.

If Sony produces a camera with the RX100 sensor (or a subsequent improved version of it) with anything beyond a 10x zoom, I'll buy one the minute it becomes available.  I sure don't need the longest zoom on the market -- just something more than 10x.  And starting at 28mm is just fine with me.

Sony, "if you build it, we will come."  You might as well own the high-end superzoom market, as well.
