which used / out of production / low cost 8x10 printers could print on real art papers in color?

Maybe you can connect with someone local to you (Craigslist?) that owns a suitable, perhaps even supplies, and would be willing to print for you?  Lots of people seem to do their own printing these days, with high-quality printers being pretty affordable for part-time photographers, wedding / event planners, etc.
