7D: Did your visible noise increase after firmware 2.0.0/2.0.3 update?

Thank you for your comments.  I'll keep experimenting - it does still seem to me like there's more noise than before, but since my nickname, is "Murphy's Law with Two Legs", it's entirely possible it could be something wrong with my camera in general.
