ergo, you had your rights back.

but a trick they slipped into the 'upgrade' was to make the postings including their embedded images immutable.

so now, if an image is in your gallery at the time of posting it to the forum, then it's in the forum post forever and on the site forever.  you can delete it from your gallery, but you can't delete it from the forum.  So it 'remains on the Web Site', and under the terms above they get to keep all their rights to your image forever.

We are working on a fix for this oversight, relax with the conspiracy theories.
