I know it'll be a nice feature to have and if I had the money I sure would get a lens that has it all but for know... I think I have to make choices. The sigma 70-200 OS sounds tempting but I want to be able to use this lens for action shots with high shutter-speeds. I've been reading reports about the sigma OS having more difficulties tracking subjects. The USM on the canon should be better.

I'm using my sigma 400 5.6 for birding and sometimes shoot hand-held with it. That lens is two stops slower and just as heavy.

I'm would just like to know how this old canon 70-200 behaves on a 60d.
